At Lyricstshirt, we specialize in pet necklaces, water bowls, and food bowls. We make every effort to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Visual Variations: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
• Handmade & Material Nature: Some of our pet necklaces may have slight variations due to the crafting process, and our ceramic or stainless steel bowls may have minor textural differences that do not affect quality.
• Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

• Price Changes: Prices for our pet bowls and accessories are subject to change without notice.
• Payment Processing: We currently accept payments exclusively through PayPal and Venmo. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of your purchase.
• Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Shipping and Fulfillment

Our shipping obligations are governed by our Shipping Policy. While we aim for a 3–7 business day delivery window, transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. Lyricstshirt is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your purchase is subject to our 60-day Return & Refund Policy. Please ensure that all pet bowls and necklaces remain in unused, original condition to be eligible for a refund.

7. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

1. For any unlawful purpose.
2. To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
3. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
