Cancel/Change Order Policy
At Lyricstshirt, we strive to process and ship your pet feeding supplies and collars as quickly as possible. Because our fulfillment system is designed for efficiency, there is a limited window during which we can modify or cancel an order.

- Cancellation Window
We allow order cancellations only if the request is received before the order has entered the handling and packaging phase.
- The Golden Window: To guarantee a cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.
- Cut-Off Impact: If you place an order close to our 5:00 PM EST cut-off time, the window for cancellation is significantly shorter, as our warehouse team begins processing these orders immediately to meet our 1–2 day handling commitment.
- How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must send an email to our support team with the following details:

- Subject Line: CANCEL ORDER #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Please include your full name and the specific reason for the cancellation.
Note: We do not accept cancellation requests via social media or any other channel besides our official support email.
- Modifying an Order (Changes)
If you need to change your order—such as updating a shipping address, changing the size of a pet collar, or switching a pet feeder model—the same rules apply as cancellations.

- Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been handed over to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we are unable to cancel or change it.
- Tracking Status: If you have already received a tracking number via email, the order is officially in transit and cannot be intercepted.
- Resolution: In this case, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our 30-Day Return Policy to return the item for a refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for dispatched orders.
- Refund for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed by our team:
- Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
- Fees: There are no cancellation fees for orders cancelled within the allowed window.
