Lyricstshirt respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. • Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances to protect the integrity of our intellectual property.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error. Lyricstshirt will then follow the legal procedures outlined in the DMCA regarding restoration of material.

The name Lyricstshirt and our custom designs for pet accessories are protected by trademark and trade dress laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets, including logos and product descriptions, is strictly prohibited. 6. Repeat Infringer Policy
