We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Lyricstshirt is not responsible for the costs or damages associated with the removal of content based on a misrepresentative DMCA claim.
