Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing that same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, or during the weekend, will be processed starting the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

The handling time is the duration between when an order is placed and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Once your order is dispatched, the specific carrier assigned to your shipment will be identified in your shipping confirmation email.

We understand the importance of monitoring your purchase. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email.

9. Shipping Destination & Limitations

Currently, Lyricstshirt focuses exclusively on domestic shipping within the United States.

• Service Area: All 50 U.S. States.
• Address Verification: Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
• P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS; however, larger items or shipments handled by UPS/FedEx may require a physical street address.

10. Delivery Discrepancies and Issues

While we strive for perfection, we recognize that shipping issues can occasionally occur.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Lyricstshirt is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to our warehouse due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it:
