1. Shipping & Logistics

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all orders within the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Total delivery time is approximately 3 – 8 business days. This includes a 1 – 2 day handling time and a 2 – 6 day transit time (Monday – Friday).

2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition.

Are there any restocking fees?

No. Lyricstshirt does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your item, we process refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method.

3. Products & Sizing

How do I know what size collar to buy?

Please refer to the sizing chart on the specific product page. We recommend measuring your pet’s neck and allowing two fingers of space for comfort.

Are your feeding supplies dishwasher safe?

Most of our stainless steel and ceramic bowls are dishwasher safe. Please check the individual product description for specific care instructions.

4. Orders & Payments

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Because we process orders quickly, please contact us within 2–4 hours of placement. Once an order is in the handling or transit phase, we cannot modify the address.
