We offer a generous 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons regarding pet supplies, items that show signs of heavy use, pet hair, or damage caused by the animal after delivery may not be eligible for a full return.

2. No Return Fees

We believe in a fair shopping experience. Lyricstshirt does not charge any restocking fees or administrative fees for processing your return. We want your experience to be risk-free.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these professional steps to ensure your request is handled promptly:

3. Package the Item: Securely pack the pet supplies in their original box or equivalent protective packaging.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package back to our North Carolina facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

4. Refunds (7-Day Processing)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund process is initiated immediately.

• Processing Duration: Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Method of Payment: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
• Banking Delays: Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to officially post to your account statement.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the replacement item is reserved for you and shipped out following our standard 1-2 day handling time.
