We provide a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

- It must include all original tags, accessories, and manual instructions.

- How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item (please attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect).
- Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Please do not send items back to our Sterling, NE address without prior authorization.
- Damages and Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a damaged pet bowl, a malfunctioning watering system, or an incorrect collar size, contact us immediately. We will prioritize these cases to ensure a replacement or full refund is issued as quickly as possible.

- Personalized pet collars (with custom names/phone numbers).
- Items that show signs of significant wear or pet damage (chew marks, etc.).
- Exchanges
The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
