If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward and transparent return process.

By purchasing from Lyricstshirt, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

1. 60-Day Return Window

We offer a generous 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your pet accessories or feeding bowls to request a return. Any requests made after this 60-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To ensure a successful return, please ensure that the items meet the following requirements:

• The product (necklace or bowl) must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons (especially for food and water bowls), items that show signs of pet use (food residue, water marks, or bite marks) cannot be accepted for return.
• A proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required to process your request.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Personalized/Customized items: Any pet necklaces engraved with specific names or details.
• Final Sale items: Products purchased during a clearance or final sale event.
• Gift Cards.
• Damaged by User: Items damaged due to pet chewing, misuse, or improper cleaning.

4. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our support team at support@lyricstshirt.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific return shipping address.
3. Securely package the items to prevent damage during transit.
4. Ship the package using a trackable shipping service to ensure it reaches us safely.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For “change of mind” returns (e.g., you no longer want the item or chose the wrong color for a pet bowl), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
• Store Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective product, damaged item, or incorrect item sent), Lyricstshirt will cover all shipping costs.
• No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking or processing fees for any returns.

6. Refunds & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Inspection Period: 1–3 business days after the package arrives at our warehouse.
• Refund Processing: If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method (typically PayPal).
• Credit Availability: It may take up to 12 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that a pet bowl is cracked or a necklace clasp is broken, contact us at support@lyricstshirt.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Please include clear photos of the damage and the shipping label.
• We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (e.g., switching to a larger water bowl or a different style of necklace).

9. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may cancel your order before it enters the processing or shipping phase (usually within a few hours of placement). If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the item and then follow the return process mentioned above.
