Order Cancellation & Modification Policy

At Lyricstshirt, we strive to process and ship your orders for pet necklaces, water bowls, and food bowls as quickly as possible so your furry friends can enjoy their new gear without delay. We understand that sometimes you may need to change or cancel an order. This policy outlines the specific conditions and timeframes under which modifications or cancellations can be made.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. The Cancellation Window

Because we maintain a fast 1-day handling time, the window for canceling or changing an order is very brief.

• Eligibility: Cancellation requests are only accepted before the order has entered the processing or shipping stage.
• Daily Cut-Off: Our system syncs with our warehouse at 5:00 PM (EST).
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) on business days (Monday–Friday) may be eligible for cancellation if requested almost immediately.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or during holidays can generally be canceled if the request is received before processing begins at 8:00 AM (EST) on the following business day.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you realize you have made a mistake, please act fast. To request a cancellation, you must contact our support team:

• Required Information: Please use the subject line “URGENT: Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]”.

If your cancellation request is successful and confirmed by our team, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Lyricstshirt does not charge any hidden cancellation or administrative fees.

3. Modifying Your Order (Changes)

We can assist with certain modifications if the order has not yet been processed:

• Shipping Address Updates: Correcting a typo or changing the delivery location.
• Item Adjustments: Changing the size of a pet necklace or switching a color for a food bowl.
• Quantity Changes: Adding or removing items from your current order.

Important Note: Once an order is sent to our fulfillment center or handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), no changes can be made under any circumstances.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is 100% accurate at the time of checkout. Lyricstshirt is not liable for orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong location due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please email support@lyricstshirt.com immediately.

5. Orders Already in Transit

Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility:

• The order cannot be canceled or modified.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If you no longer want the items, you must wait for the package to arrive and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to send the items back for a refund.

6. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Once a cancellation is approved, we will trigger a refund immediately.

• Refund Method: The total amount will be credited back to your original PayPal account or payment method.
• Processing Time: While we process the refund on our end immediately, it may take up to 12 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s specific processing times.

7. Failed Cancellation Requests

If your request arrives after the order has already been processed for shipment, we will be unable to stop the delivery. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as outlined in our return policy. We recommend double-checking all order details (especially for personalized pet necklaces) before clicking the “Place Order” button.
