1. Shipping Destination

Currently, Lyricstshirt exclusively ships to addresses within the United States. We focus on domestic fulfillment to maintain the highest standards of delivery speed and service quality. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Cost

We believe in simple and honest pricing. To avoid any surprises at checkout, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee:

This $6.99 fee applies to your entire order, regardless of how many pet bowls or necklaces you purchase. All shipping charges are clearly displayed in your order summary before you finalize your payment.

3. Order Processing & Handling Time

Before your order leaves our facility, every pet necklace is inspected for quality, and every food or water bowl is securely wrapped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• Handling Time: 1 business day
• Processing Days: Monday – Friday

Most orders are prepared and handed over to our carriers within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that handling time is the period we use to verify, pack, and label your order; it does not include the time the package spends in transit.

4. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing for our customers, we observe the following cut-off time:

• Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) | Eastern Standard Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/federal holidays, will be processed on the following business day.

5. Estimated Transit & Delivery Time

We work diligently to ensure your pet supplies arrive as quickly as possible. The total delivery time is a combination of our handling time and the carrier’s transit time.

Please note: Delivery dates are estimates provided by carriers. Actual delivery may vary slightly based on your specific location, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

To ensure your pet bowls and accessories are handled with care, Lyricstshirt partners with the industry’s most reliable shipping providers:

The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the weight of the package and the destination address to ensure the most efficient delivery route.

7. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is key to a great shopping experience. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

• You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.

8. Delivery Accuracy & Responsibilities

• Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Please double-check your street number, apartment number, and zip code before completing your order. Lyricstshirt is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
• Safe Delivery: Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” the responsibility transfers to the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location where someone is available to receive the package.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your pet bowl arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit:

1. Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.
