• Venmo: A quick and seamless mobile payment option for users who prefer the Venmo app.

Please Note: At this time, we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD), personal checks, or direct bank wire transfers. All orders must be paid in full through our secure online checkout before processing.

Payment authorization occurs at the exact moment you click “Complete Order” at checkout.

• Order Verification: Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email from support@lyricstshirt.com.
• Digital Receipt: This email serves as your official receipt and will include an itemized list of your pet necklaces or bowls, the total amount charged, and your unique order number.
• Processing Status: We will not begin the 1-day handling process until we receive full payment confirmation.

5. Troubleshooting Payment Issues

If your payment for a pet food bowl or other accessory is declined, please check the following:

1. Sufficient Funds: Ensure your PayPal or Venmo account has the necessary balance or a valid linked card.
2. Billing Address: Verify that the billing details entered match the records held by your payment provider.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

In the event of a cancellation or an approved return (as per our Refund & Return Policy), the refund will always be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Refund Timeline: Please allow up to 12 business days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected in your account statement.
