At Lyricstshirt, we stand behind the quality of our Pet Feeding & Watering Supplies and Pet Collars. We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a transparent and stress-free return process.

1. Return Period

We provide a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed).
• It must include all original tags, accessories, and manual instructions.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. No Fees Policy (Free Returns)

At Lyricstshirt, we believe in a transparent shopping experience. We do not charge any of the following:

• Restocking Fees: $0.00
• Processing Fees: $0.00
• Return Shipping Fees: If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item (please attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect).
3. Review: Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Ship the Item: Once approved, we will send you the return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Please do not send items back to our Sterling, NE address without prior authorization.

• Items that show signs of significant wear or pet damage (chew marks, etc.).

The most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
