What is the shipping cost? We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States, regardless of the size or weight of your pet supplies.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Our delivery timeline consists of two parts:
- Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Transit Time: 3 – 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 4 – 9 Business Days.
What is the daily cut-off time for orders? Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will begin processing the following business day.
Which carriers do you use? We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your pet collars and feeding supplies arrive safely.
- Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Are there any restocking fees? No. At Lyricstshirt, we do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we process the refund within 5 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.

Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders quickly to meet our 5:00 PM EST cut-off, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, it cannot be modified.

- Tracking
How do I track my package? Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
My tracking number isn’t working. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status in their system after the label is created. If you still see no movement after 2 days, please reach out to us.
